Review management for local businesses

Stay on top of every review.

Bring your locations’ reviews into one workspace. Draft replies in your voice, review sensitive responses, and choose what gets published.

Built for independent local businesses that answer their own reviews.

What TrustSpring does today

  • One review workspace

Every location's reviews, searchable and filtered by rating, date and location.

  • Replies in your voice

Drafts follow your standing guidelines, sign-off and never-say list — and you can edit every word.

  • Publishing controls

Only the people you name can publish. Sensitive reviews go to a person, not a queue.

How it works

Connect, draft, publish — with a person at every gate.

Three steps from a connected profile to a published reply. Nothing gets published until someone you've named says so.

  1. 1

    Connect your review profiles

Link the profiles where your reviews live and TrustSpring pulls them in for each location — new ones arrive as they're posted, and history comes with them.

  2. 2

    Draft and review replies

Generate a draft in your brand voice, choose tone, language and length for this one reply, then edit it like any other text.

  3. 3

    Publish with control

Publishing is a permission. Owners and admins post; members draft; viewers read. Every step is kept — who drafted, who edited, who approved.

What you get

Less hunting for reviews. More time to answer them well.

Your locations, one place to respond

Switch between locations or see them all at once. Filter by rating and date, search the full text of every review, and work the unreplied list down to zero.

  • Tabs for all, unreplied and automated replies
  • Location, rating and date-range filters
  • Full-text search across every review
  • Team members see only the locations you give them

Sound like your business

Set standing guidelines once — how you speak, how you sign off, and the phrases you never use. Drafts follow them, and the never-say list is enforced on what the model writes, not just requested.

Keep a person in the loop

Reviews that mention things like an injury, a chargeback or a lawyer skip automation entirely. Drafts that offer refunds, quote amounts or make promises are held for a person too.

Who it's for

Independent local businesses, however many locations.

Owners and managers who handle marketing themselves — and who would rather answer reviews well than answer them fast.

When you're the one answering

Every review deserves a careful reply, and you shouldn't have to hunt for the ones you've missed. TrustSpring keeps your reviews in one place, drafts a considerate response, and holds it until you approve it. Nothing publishes on its own unless you turn that on.

  • Every draft waits for an owner or admin unless you turn automation on
  • Drafts that quote amounts, offer refunds or make medical or legal assertions are held for a person
  • Reviews that mention an injury, a chargeback or a lawyer skip automation

When there's a team and more than one location

More locations mean more reviews and more people replying — at any scale. TrustSpring sorts reviews by location, surfaces the ones that still need an answer, gives each team member only the locations they work at, and keeps every reply in one consistent voice.

  • Work the unreplied list across every location
  • One brand voice, whoever is replying today
  • Auto-reply to the easy ones on your rules; hold the rest

Automation

Automation, with you in control.

Let TrustSpring answer the routine reviews on rules you set. Everything else waits for a person, every reply is logged, and one switch stops all of it.

Approval, by default

Automatic replies go out only for the star ratings you allow, after a hold window you can use to edit or cancel. Everything else — and every lower rating — waits for a person.

Pause, instantly

Pause one location or the whole business. Pending automatic replies stop at once; drafts are kept for a person to pick up.

A record of every reply

Who drafted it, who edited it, who approved it, and when it was published — kept separately, for every reply, whether a person or the model wrote it.

FAQs

Questions, answered plainly.

Everything here describes what TrustSpring does today.

Where do the reviews come from?
From the profiles you connect. TrustSpring links to each location's review profile and brings in its reviews, along with the replies you've already posted, then keeps them current as new ones arrive. Google Business Profile is supported today.
Can I manage several locations?
Yes. Each location connects to its own review profile, and you can view them together or one at a time. Team members can be given access to the whole business or only to the locations they work at.
Can I edit the AI drafts?
Always. A draft is a starting point in a normal text box — change any of it, or write your own from scratch. You can also set tone, language and length for a single reply, on top of the standing brand voice and never-say list that every draft follows.
What controls who publishes?
Roles. Owners and admins can publish; members can draft but not publish; viewers can only read. If you turn on automatic replies, they run only for the star ratings you choose, after a hold window, under a daily cap, and you can pause one location or the whole business at any time.
What happens with a sensitive review?
It waits for a person. Reviews that mention things like an injury, a chargeback, harassment or a lawyer are never answered automatically, and drafts that offer a refund, quote an amount, or make a medical or legal assertion are held too. By default every reply waits for an owner or admin regardless; automation is something you turn on, for the star ratings you choose. These are controls, not a compliance certification: your team still decides what to say.
How do I get started?
Create an account with your email, name your business and first location, and connect your review profile. Reviews start arriving as soon as the connection is made. If you'd rather see it first, ask for a demo and we'll walk you through it.
What does it cost?
We're finalizing plans and billing now, so there's no public price list yet. Get in touch for a demo and we'll talk through what fits your locations.
